An opportunity has arisen for a Social & Content Specialist to join an exciting Digital Marketing Agency at a key moment in their evolution. This role offers the option to work in the office or from home (though you would need to be flexible to travel to Dublin regularly to create content).
We’re looking for a Social/Digital Content Specialist to join our team. This candidate will be required to have a strong working knowledge in social media, content
creation and working within a team to implement wider integrated marketing solutions. Ideally you will have experience working with a digital, social media or content agency or have gained experience working with multiple clients on a freelance basis.
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to a Digital Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and plan social media content strategies for our clients
● Conceptualise, create and produce engaging short-form video (Reels, TikTok Stories) and other visual content
● Create engaging social copy and publish content through the most appropriate channels
● Have up-to-date knowledge of the latest social media trends, platforms and best practices
● Analyse community and market trends to inform strategic planning and creative output
● On bigger content projects, work alongside internal teams and external suppliers
● Liaising with the Digital, Innovation and Client Services teams on all aspects of client’s creative output
Requirements & Skills:
● Must be based in Ireland as the job will require clients’ site visits (which are predominantly based in Dublin).
● Minimum 2 years of working in a social media, digital or content agency
● Short-form content specialist with a clear understanding of what works across different social media platforms
● Proven track record in creating engaging social media content, particularly video content, across social media
● Tech-savvy, creative thinker that enjoys coming up with engaging and aesthetic content for clients
● Working knowledge of graphic design & video editing tools is a bonus
