Senior Marketing Manager – Top B2C Service Brand

A top-tier B2C service brand now has amazing opportunity for an experienced brand marketing professional to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this newly created role takes responsibility for the end to end development, coordination and implementation of ‘Through the line’ acquisition focused campaigns. This role manages a team (2-3) and is central in planning how creative outputs are brought to the market to deliver growth.

This roles calls for a highly experienced brand marketing professional with the strategic skills to develop major 360 TTL campaigns from creative brief through to completion.

Duties & Tasks:

  • Deliver award-winning through the line campaigns to drive new customer acquisition
  • Effective utilisation of the Marcoms budget to maximise efficiencies across all marketing channels
  • Create insightful and challenging agency briefs to ensure delivery of compelling propositions and campaign concepts
  • Deliver budgeted demand volume via integrated campaigns via Website, Telesales and Retail Channels
  • Creating an exciting and disruptive brand experience seeking new ways of communicating and bringing the brand to life
  • Deliver and coordinate the end to end advertising campaigns specific to new acquisitions to agreed KPIs
  • Develop and manage existing relationships with our creative and media agencies to maximise marketing effectiveness, efficiency and improve ROI
  • Deliver budgeted sales through the use of appropriate and effective marketing strategies
  • Continual analysis, reporting of campaign effectiveness to agreed brand health and commercial KPIs
  • Responsible for forecasting and managing marketing budgets
  • Supervision of all media planning and monitoring of media activity to ensure the media supports the creative concept and campaign in general
  • Coordination of the execution of all Campaign activity to include but not limited to TV, Press, Outdoor, Digital, Direct Marketing, Social Media and Ambient Marketing

Skills & Expertise:

  • 8-10+ years experience in a similar role in a fast-paced organisation
  • Proven campaign management experience to deliver fully integrated campaigns for a major brand
  • Strong experience in a consumer marketing environment
  • Experience in developing successful multimedia campaigns, creative strategy, media planning & buying design & production and campaign evaluation
  • Experience in the full mix of media channels including TV, Radio, Press, Outdoor and Direct Marketing
  • Track record in owning demand targets and working to tight timeliness to deliver
