We’re on the lookout for a strategic and hands-on CRM & Retention Marketing Leader (Senior Manager or Head of) to join our fast-growing digital & retail experience brand. This is a unique opportunity to shape the full lifecycle of CRM in a product-led, data-rich environment — blending campaign execution, automation, and insight-driven strategy.
You’ll work closely with Directors and fellow marketing leaders to lead a talented CRM team, owning the customer journey across multiple channels. From segmentation to systems thinking, you’ll champion the tools, data, and narratives that build meaningful relationships with our users.
Location
This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work remotely most of the week. We ask for a minimum of one day per week in our Dublin city workspace to collaborate with the team in person.
What You’ll Do

Campaign Strategy & Delivery
Lead the planning and execution of CRM campaigns across key segments and touchpoints, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and brand tone. -
Data-Led Optimisation
Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour using test frameworks and control groups to continually refine our CRM efforts. -
Customer Journeys & Automation
Build and manage automated flows using modern CRM platforms. Design full lifecycle experiences — from onboarding to re-engagement. -
Loyalty Initiatives
Support and evolve programs for high-value customers, developing segmentation models and recognition strategies. -
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Product, Data, and Creative teams to ensure consistent execution and actionable insights across all CRM activity. -
Reporting & Insight Generation
Define and monitor key metrics, producing clear reports that inform future strategy and deliver impact at scale.
What We’re Looking For

5 years+ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention roles in a digital-first B2C environment

Proven expertise in creating and executing data-driven CRM strategies across multiple channels

Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Adobe, Optimove, Emarsys or similar)

Skilled at interpreting complex datasets to drive decision-making

Hands-on experience building customer journeys, automation workflows, and segmentation models

Ability to distil data into simple, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences

Clear communicator and natural collaborator

Previous experience in a high-growth or consumer tech company is a plus
