About the Role:
As a pivotal member of our team, the Retail Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that align with our overarching Customer Strategy. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with various departments to drive retail performance and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Retail Operations Manager to establish and implement a comprehensive retail marketing plan aligned with annual and monthly objectives.
- Leverage in-store touchpoints to boost conversion rates and cross-selling efforts, maximizing Average Transaction Value.
- Spearhead a cross-platform rebranding initiative, ensuring aesthetic continuity, fresh content, and increased video integration.
- Partner with Purchasing teams to analyse market demand and emerging trends.
- Organize and coordinate promotional events that engage customers and drive sales.
- Oversee marketing campaigns while managing budget allocation and efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Implement logistical solutions for product assortment, pricing strategies, and proprietary packaging.
- Develop and manage directive pricing strategies while assessing ROI for all marketing initiatives.
- Analyse market trends to provide insightful category recommendations.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance the retail sales platform, promoting profitable sales growth and category expansion.
- Guide the team in CRM activities and weekly sales analytics reporting.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimize websites and landing pages, enhancing SEO through effective metadata strategies.
- Execute strategic planning and product management strategies.
- Work closely with internal and external agencies to create engaging point-of-sale displays and tailored promotional materials.
- Collaborate with sales and retail operations to track and evaluate monthly/quarterly KPI performance across retail chain stores.
- Drive qualitative and quantitative sales management execution in alignment with supplier KPIs and depletion goals.
The Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in retail marketing with a well-known retail brand, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and cultivating strong relationships. You will possess strong analytical abilities, leveraging data to develop and implement effective retail marketing plans that align with business objectives. Exceptional time management, communication, and organizational skills are essential to ensure timely delivery of projects in accordance with the Marketing Plan.
