What you’ll be doing:
- Drive customer growth through smart, integrated campaigns across retail, digital, and direct marketing channels
- Launch retail campaigns that bring the brand to life in-store – think bold visual identity, impactful POS, and seamless franchise collaboration
- Lead digital performance – partnering with specialist teams to scale SEO, paid media, and on-site conversion
- Deliver direct marketing excellence – across email, SMS, DM and more – with a sharp focus on new customer activation
- Grow demand and leads through inventive partnerships, events, and referral programs
- Own the numbers – track campaign performance, optimize spend, and surface insights that drive commercial impact
- Maximise basket size – implementing tactics to boost attachment rates on TV, mobile, and value-add services
- Enhance the full acquisition journey, from lead gen to landing page to checkout – you’ll map it, test it, and improve it
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and shared success
- Stay ahead of the curve, keeping your finger on the pulse of acquisition trends, tech, and consumer behaviour
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in acquisition marketing, ideally within a consumer digital, tech environment or similar fast-paced sector
- Experience working for a well-known brand, managing major campaigns and multi-million budgets.
- Strong background in direct marketing, digital performance and demand generation
- Commercial acumen and comfort with data – you love diving into results, spotting patterns, and making changes that move the needle
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work cross-functionally with energy and impact
- Marketing or business degree preferred; post-grad a plus
