Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Marketing & Events Manager to lead the planning and delivery of a high-impact annual events and engagement programme across a well-established organisation operating within the agri-business and financial services landscape.
This role will focus on creating meaningful brand experiences, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring measurable return on marketing investment through a dynamic mix of events, partnerships, and sponsorship activations.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with 2 days in the office (West Dublin) and 3 from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a strategic annual marketing and events plan aligned to business objectives and growth targets
- Lead the execution of events including industry shows, conferences, exhibitions, and award programmes
- Manage partnerships and sponsorship activations to maximise brand visibility and engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders
- Deliver regular performance reporting and insights, including ROI analysis and optimisation recommendations
- Drive internal and external communications to elevate awareness of initiatives and campaigns
- Identify new opportunities and innovative approaches to enhance event delivery and audience engagement
- Collaborate with agency partners to deliver high-quality, impactful campaigns
- Support broader sustainability and ESG initiatives through integrated event activity
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with procurement and governance policies
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing and event management
- Background in rural, agricultural, or land-based industries and ideally with some experience of financial services (or a closely related sector)
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on performance and ROI
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Proactive, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
