The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking Marketing Director to lead our global marketing function during an exciting phase of expansion. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in a B2B services environment, understands how to build premium brands, and knows how to turn strategy into commercial impact.

You’ll own the global marketing vision, lead multi-regional teams, and shape how our brand shows up across key markets in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. Experience using AI, automation, and modern martech to accelerate performance will be a major advantage.

The role is Dublin-based, with hybrid working (up to two days per week from home).

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute a global marketing strategy aligned to business growth and revenue objectives
  • Act as a key partner to senior leadership, sales, product, and technology teams

AI & Tech-Enabled Marketing

  • Leverage AI and automation for smarter segmentation, campaign optimisation, content creation, and reporting
  • Continuously evaluate and внед new marketing technologies to keep the function best-in-class

Brand & Campaign Leadership

  • Own brand governance and ensure consistency across all markets and touchpoints
  • Lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, events, and partnerships

Performance & Growth Marketing

  • Drive demand generation through SEO, SEM, email, paid media, and website optimisation
  • Use data, dashboards, and experimentation to optimise performance and ROI

People & Culture

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing international marketing team
  • Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration across regions

Commercial Ownership

  • Manage the global marketing budget and allocate resources strategically
  • Measure impact through clear KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue, and brand growth

What You Bring

Experience & Background

  • 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience, including 2–3+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong background in B2B marketing within services, professional, or complex sales environments
  • Experience leading global or multi-market brand and demand-generation initiatives

Technical & Strategic Skills

  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and modern martech stacks
  • Deep understanding of the full customer lifecycle and personalisation at scale
  • Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing and optimising

Leadership & Communication

  • Confident, clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-border teams
  • Exposure to B2C marketing is a plus, but not essential
