What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform marketing strategies and commercial decisions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives and refine our target customer profiles (ICPs).
  • Develop dashboards and reports with data science and finance teams to track KPIs and metrics.
  • Create frameworks to measure the success of marketing campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Lead pricing strategy development to ensure competitiveness in core and new markets.
  • Monitor industry trends and analyze their impact on business strategies.
  • Deliver compelling presentations on insights and recommendations to leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Experience:
    • Background in insights and analytical roles within a B2C organization.
    • Experience working with data sources to drive commercial outcomes.
    • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
    • Bonus: Experience in B2C, tech or fintech.
  • Tools & Technologies:
    • Preferred experience with tools like Tableau for building actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
    • Advanced Excel skills and other analytical tools.
  • Communication & Influence:
    • Exceptional team collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • A track record of influencing strategy through data-driven insights.

Skills and Characteristics

  • Highly numerate and data literate.
  • Effective in a hybrid working environment with strong team collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with regulated financial services environments is a plus.
