🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
While no day is the same in start-up life, here’s what you’ll own:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a small but high-performing marketing team (currently two FTEs).
- Driving pipeline growth through targeted demand generation strategies and full-funnel optimization.
- Delivering a strategic calendar of campaigns, content, and events that resonate with the right audiences.
- Managing relationships with freelancers, consultants, and strategic partners to scale execution.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to support product launches, customer marketing, and sales enablement.
- Representing Marketing at the leadership table and aligning marketing strategy to commercial goals.
- Owning forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on all marketing activities and KPIs.
🧠 About You
You’re a hands-on, growth-minded marketer who knows how to get results — and you love the thrill of scaling a start-up. You bring:
- A strong track record of leading Marketing in a fast-growing tech environment (Series A or beyond).
- Deep experience in demand generation, inbound marketing, and pipeline acceleration.
- Confidence working across the entire funnel and balancing strategic and tactical work.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or targeting industries with high customer service needs (e.g. ecommerce, travel, gaming) — a bonus.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
📍 Location & Working Model
This role is based in Dublin, with a hybrid model — 2-3 days per week in the office.
