We are partnering with a creative marketing agency that helps brands connect with those who matter. Their team thrives at the intersection of storytelling, innovation, and influence—delivering campaigns that go beyond traditional advertising to spark meaningful engagement and lasting experiences.

The Role:

Our client is looking for a strategic leader to drive the agency’s next phase of growth. You’ll be responsible for the overall direction, performance, and positioning of the agency—building on its reputation for delivering impactful, audience-first campaigns.

Reporting to the board, you’ll manage senior teams, develop long-term commercial strategies, and deepen key client relationships, while helping to shape the future of brand engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the vision: Shape and deliver bold business strategies that align with both short-term objectives and long-term ambitions.
  • Lead with impact: Build trusted relationships across clients, teams, and partners — leading with empathy, confidence, and commercial sharpness.
  • Elevate the team: Support, mentor, and empower senior leadership, encouraging innovation, ownership, and creative bravery at every level.
  • Nurture culture: Champion a collaborative, values-led workplace where talent thrives and ideas turn into standout work.
  • Ensure operational excellence: Oversee the day-to-day with a sharp eye on quality, efficiency, and consistency with the agency’s mission.
  • Drive growth: Analyse performance, spot opportunities, and implement smart, scalable solutions to improve processes and profitability.
  • Scale the team: Plan and recruit for future growth, ensuring the right people are in the right roles as the agency evolves.

What You Bring

  • 7+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the creative, media, or brand space.
  • Proven experience driving business strategy, leading teams, and delivering measurable growth.
  • Deep understanding of agency or in-house creative operations and client expectations.
  • Strong financial acumen — comfortable with P&L, forecasting, and board-level conversations.
  • Excellent communicator with a natural ability to influence and inspire.
  • Track record of building, maintaining, and expanding high-value client relationships.
  • A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
