Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of direct communication strategies for both new and existing customers, reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing.
- Manage the email marketing calendar and oversee the full production of email campaigns, from creative development to deployment, optimization, and analysis.
- Develop and refine onboarding communications to maximize conversions, improve retention rates, and re-engage lapsed customers through targeted campaigns.
- Maximize the capabilities of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and explore other engagement tools, including SMS and push messaging.
- Conduct customer research and segmentation to inform marketing strategies and optimize ongoing CRM campaigns.
- Implement MVT testing to continuously improve email marketing performance, analyzing results to drive impactful changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a unified view of the customer and lead company-wide customer insight initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as part of our commitment to operating responsibly in a regulated industry.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: A minimum of 6 years in B2C and B2B digital marketing roles, specifically as a CRM Marketing Manager.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM technologies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Characteristics:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- A fast-paced, results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving revenue growth.
- Knowledge of information security and regulatory requirements is essential; experience in fintech is a plus.
