Role Overview: As our Content & Web Manager, you will be the visionary behind the content strategy for our brochure site, app, blog, and support centre. Your mission? To ensure a cohesive, high-quality experience for both current and potential customers while optimizing conversion performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of our web content strategy, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing.
- Be the creative force behind our website’s content, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with the product team on app content and the operations team to enhance our support centre, crafting clear pathways for customer engagement.
- Work alongside analytical teams to maximize content performance and improve user experience.
- Partner with the wider marketing team to align campaigns and content with our brand vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to achieve our B2C and B2B marketing goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 6 years in B2C digital marketing roles, with a proven track record in content development and execution that drives growth.
- Skills:
- Proficient in HubSpot and web management.
- Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in conversion optimization and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Characteristics:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for revenue growth and profitability.
- Knowledge of information security and risk awareness is a plus; fintech experience is a bonus!
