We’re working with a highly regarded and fast-growing construction business delivering major projects across Ireland, UK and EU who are now seeking a Bid & Proposals Executive to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two submissions are the same.
You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality bids, PQQs, and tender submissions — combining strong coordination skills with polished document design and compelling written content.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating end-to-end tender and bid submissions across multiple live projects
- Managing timelines and gathering technical input from internal stakeholders
- Producing visually polished proposal documents using Adobe InDesign and MS Office
- Writing and refining content including methodologies, project case studies, CVs, and capability statements
- Ensuring submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered to deadline
- Maintaining bid libraries, templates, and supporting documentation
- Collaborating closely with bid managers, estimators, planners, and senior leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in bids, proposals, or tender coordination
- Experience within construction, engineering, or the built environment is highly desirable
- Strong Adobe InDesign skills with an eye for layout and presentation
- Excellent writing, editing, and document formatting ability
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with Irish public and private sector procurement processes would be an advantage
- A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
