Location: South Dublin City (Hybrid)

Reporting to: CEO

3 days per week or equivalent (3 days, 5 mornings etc)

The Opportunity

Mint Marketing Talent is pleased to be partnering with a well-established, mid-sized marketing and communications advisory firm to appoint a commercially focused Marketing Manager.

This firm works at the intersection of brand, reputation and business strategy, advising organisations on positioning, messaging and stakeholder engagement. With a strong track record and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to bring their marketing function to the next level.

This is a strategic yet hands-on role, ideal for an experienced marketing professional who understands advisory-led businesses and enjoys working closely with senior leadership.

The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for shaping and delivering the firm’s marketing strategy to support growth, visibility and new business development.

This role will suit someone who combines strategic thinking with strong content capability and digital fluency, and who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned to commercial growth objectives.
  • Refine and strengthen brand positioning, messaging and visual identity.
  • Identify priority sectors and audiences to support business development efforts.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Lead the development of high-quality thought leadership and marketing content, including:
  • Case studies
  • Insight reports
  • Opinion pieces
  • Website content
  • Award submissions
  • Work closely with senior consultants to translate expertise into compelling, market-facing content.
  • Manage and maintain the editorial calendar.

Digital & Online Presence

  • Oversee website performance, SEO and optimisation.
  • Manage LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms to drive engagement and visibility.
  • Monitor and report on digital performance metrics.

Business Development Support

  • Support the development of pitch materials and tender documents.
  • Create sector-specific marketing collateral and presentations.
  • Align marketing activity with revenue targets in collaboration with leadership.
  • Assist in managing CRM activity and tracking marketing-generated leads.

Events, Profile & Partnerships

  • Plan and promote hosted events (seminars, webinars, briefings).
  • Identify speaking opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Coordinate awards strategy and submissions.

Reporting & Measurement

  • Establish KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Track campaign ROI and provide regular reporting to leadership.
  • Monitor competitor activity and broader market trends.

Candidate Profile

Essential:

  • Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience, ideally within advisory, agency or professional services environments.
  • Strong content development and editorial skills.
  • Experience managing digital channels and campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting business development initiatives.
  • Highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.

Desirable:

  • Experience within communications, brand, advisory or B2B services.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of marketing and communications landscape.
