We’re partnering with a leading consumer telecoms brand that is on an ambitious growth journey. They are seeking a commercially driven Acquisition Proposition Specialist to shape and deliver market-leading cable and mobile propositions that win customers and drive profitable growth.

This is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of a consumer business. You’ll operate at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Go-To-Market, and Sales, connecting strategy to execution and ensuring every acquisition initiative is commercially sharp, competitively compelling, and flawlessly delivered.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and execute commercial priorities across cable and mobile acquisition strategy.
  • Align Product, Marketing, Go-To-Market and Sales channel plans to maximise commercial performance.
  • Drive compelling hero launches and tactical propositions that enhance revenue per user, optimise product mix, and strengthen bundled performance.
  • Shape and influence customer value proposition (CVP) roadmaps to ensure they are acquisition-led and market-relevant.
  • Act as the connective tissue across Propositions, Promotions, Marketing and Sales — ensuring initiatives land effectively and deliver against KPIs.
  • Challenge trading plans constructively to optimise performance and deliver on ambitious growth targets.
  • Identify and improve processes that enhance the customer acquisition journey and commercial outcomes.
  • Translate market insight and performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 to 6 (or more) years’ experience in proposition development, commercial strategy, or go-to-market execution.
  • Background in a fast-paced, consumer-focused industry (telecoms experience advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong analytical capability — confident building business cases, managing P&L elements, and interpreting performance data.
  • A commercially minded self-starter who can balance strategy and execution.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and present at senior level.
  • Comfortable operating across cross-functional teams in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to deliver at pace in a dynamic environment.
